At the very beginning of this process is a meeting where we learn about you and your business, the goals you have for your site and how you would like to represented on the web.

The process is simple...

• A meeting to discuss your needs, business, and desires for a website. Also, a rough timeline and price will be set. A official quote will be written up as a response to this meeting and sent to the contact at your business.
• When the contract is signed and the downpayment is issued, the design element of the process is begun. The design will be based on the discussion that we have with you, the customer, and sent to you for approval. This will continue until the design is approved.
• After the design is approved, the development process begins. After this is done, the site is delivered to you online at a temporary location for your approval. Once the site is approved, it is made "live" online at some webspace that you have purchased with your domain name. Any assistance needed in purchasing some space and a domain name offered freely.
• After the site is made "live," any files possessed by Shanks' Design and Development is delivered, and after the software for updating the site is purchased, we will train you in how to update the site. The site is created with your ability to update it in mind and we will help you be able to do so.
